Unable to charge my iPhone!

Unable to charge your iPhone, while Apple Watch and AirPods are charging normally?

This usually happens when using a non-original adapter with insufficient power output. Please use the adapter provided in the box, or a single-port PD adapter with 45W power or higher.

Can’t charge your AirPods?

First, make sure you’re using the adapter and cable included in the package.

Then follow these steps:

  1. Unplug the charging adapter, wait about 5 seconds, and plug it back in.
  2. Place your AirPods in the center of the charging area.
  3. If it still doesn’t charge, try placing the AirPods on the iPhone charging area.
Can it be used with a phone case?

It can be used with a phone case, but we recommend using a MagSafe-compatible case to ensure a stable magnetic connection. Thick cases may increase the wireless charging distance, weaken the magnetic connection, and cause overheating.

How long will it take to get my orders?
